Indian Summer

"Sometimes the rain is followed by an interval of calm and warm which is called the Indian summer."

John de Crevecoeur
 17 January 1778

According to the Met Office Meteorological Glossary (1916), an Indian Summer is 'a warm, calm spell of weather occurring in autumn, especially in October and November.'

It is September now, but this is a great title and feel for this set of photos.

Stylist Jody Leigh, @jodyjodzzz, put this very late summer look together from visits to MANGO and ZARA. How wise of her to look amazing and keep in mind a reasonable budget.
The glamour of silky fabrics and silver jewellery emphasized by denim distress.
